The Badr University Conference of Pharmaceutical Sciences 2026 (BUCPS 2026) is organized by the Faculty of Pharmacy at Badr University in Cairo. Scheduled for Monday, April 20, 2026, the conference will be held on the university campus in Badr City, Cairo. It aims to bring together leading experts, researchers, and practitioners in the field of pharmacy to discuss the latest advancements, challenges, and innovations shaping the future of pharmaceutical sciences. TOPICS COVERED

• Please use the following template to submit an abstract before 7 April 2026 for a poster presentation

Poster Specifications:

• You can use the conference template - Download (https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1cggheOD9di9XHCh6dLHZihloFqdKLzi8/edit?usp=drive_link&ouid=113534577549473868882&rtpof=true&sd=true). You can use your own design and colors, but be sure to contain the two logos in the template

• All poster presenters must upload their digital poster to the portal by no later than 20 April 2026 will be sent by email.

• For the uploaded poster file
• Poster resolution should be 3840 pixels(Height) x 2160 pixels (Width).
• Poster file format / extension should be .JPG [We also require .PDF for the web portal]
• The poster file size should not exceed 500 Mgbs.

• A poster not displayed even after the registration fees are paid will not be entitled to the certificate.

Important Information for Poster Presenters

The day starts with Registration and collection of name tags at the registration desk.

A display location will be assigned to each poster upon registration, and this information will be shown in the event area. Please check your display code with the organizing committee in the poster area.

Posters must be fixed in the designated space on the morning of the event before 10:00 AM.

The poster must be ready to be mounted on a Roll-Up stand (no poster boards will be available).

The printed poster dimensions should be suitable for a Roll-Up stand, which is typically 1 meter in width and 2 meters in height.

Each poster presenter must provide their own Roll-Up stand, as it will not be available at the conference. It can be purchased or rented from any suitable supplier.

The scientific committees will review the posters according to the schedule announced by the conference administration. A specific time slot will be assigned to each poster during this period based on the scientific committee’s arrangement. You will be informed of your scheduled time upon registration at the conference desk in the morning.

All poster presenters must upload the digital version of their poster to the portal no later than April 20, 2026 (the portal link will be sent by email). You will also be informed of this during registration at the conference desk in the morning

سيتم تخصيص مكان عرض لكل ملصق عند التسجيل، وسيتم عرض هذه المعلومات في منطقة الفعالية. يرجى التحقق من رمز العرض في منطقة الملصقات مع اللجنة المنظمة.

يجب تثبيت الملصقات في المكان المخصص صباح يوم الفعالية قبل الساعة 10:00 صباحًا.
